The pre-made scenes will not download with Safari. Had to use Chrome. Otherwise excellent product. Thank you.
Hi Helen, This might be due to the ZIP file size, as the files are quite large. I’ve sent you a private message with a link to download the files in an uncompressed format, so you can also download individual PSD files if you prefer. Best regards, Jakub
Great set of mockups with tons of customizable options included. Additionally, I had a question about my download and I received a super fast response which solved the issue (which was on my end, not theirs). Creatsy is the best!

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
