Do these work in Photoshop or Illustrator?

These are Procreate brushes for iPad only. My Photoshop Digital Brushes set covers traditional media textures for Photoshop.

Can I layer these with your other brushes?

Yes. The Light Coverage brush in particular is made for layering a crayon pass over colored pencil, oil pastel, or marker.
