When I first downloaded the bundle, some of the folders looked incomplete (user-error/bad wifi on my end, not on the shop!), so I left a review mentioning that I only received part of the files. The shop owner reached out right away and worked with me to get it all sorted — turns out it was a download issue on my end. Now I have access to the full 120+ mockups and everything looks beautiful. Really appreciate how quickly and kindly they resolved this!
Updated: Thank you so much for your amazing and warm review. We're always here if you need us in the future. Have an amazing day! Hi Morgan, thank you for sharing your experience! We actually reached out to you on the same day you left this review but haven’t received a message back yet. We’ve double-checked the Google Drive link and can confirm that all mockups are there, including the Nami, Riviera, Serene, Celestia, Delia, and Elara collections. Sometimes Google Drive can fail to download everything at once, especially with a large folder. Could you please try downloading again, ideally one collection at a time, to ensure all files come through? A slow or unstable internet connection can also cause incomplete downloads. We’re here to help and really want you to have your full package. If you’re able to message us directly, we’ll be happy to guide you step-by-step. You can also contact us at info@feelthis.co
Really nice mockups but I wish there was a way of knowing which mockup is which as it's impossible to know without downloading them all which is super time consuming!
Thank you for your kind words about our mockups! We appreciate your feedback about the difficulty in identifying them. We're working on improving the user experience and will add the previews in our next update. Your input is invaluable in helping us create a better product. Warm wishes, Feel This.
