OK, SOME MOST IMPORTANT FACTS?
Sure, here we go:
- these ARE NOT Photoshop Smart Object based mockups,
- mockups may vary in size, so please take a look at the 2nd preview with all sizes listed,
- all mockups are 72 DPI, so they are perfect to show your art on the screen,
- you cannot move any elements on the scene - there are static .png files, with no layers included,
- there are 55 .png files (mockups) included in this pack,
- prints shown on the previews are not included inside.

Not great quality at all. Doesn't REALLY play well with canva. Not a good buy, sorry.
Hello @desiree matthews! Wow, can you please tell me more why it doesn't work for you? Your comment is very general, I even don't know how I can improve it if there's something wrong. All the information (size, formats, resolution) is included in description as well as in the product info. Is it different than what you've experienced?
File names may be easy to see what is contained in files and the files are easy to use, but the file quality is low. Things are blurry and not very well put together. It is frustrating that they show a few good examples but never it is possible to see all the examples. Overall, I'm not happy with the money spent and unfortunately won't be able to use this product.
Hello @Sarah Jensen! Wow, we're really surprised by this review since: 1. File quality is high - you have an entire list of mockups with all dimensions included. You can see them on the second screenshot above. It's not a vector graphic so you cannot stretch it to be bigger than provided because it gets blurry then - but this is how raster graphics work. 2. You wrote: "that they show a few good examples but never it is possible to see all the examples" - all the designs are listed above, you can see each one design included. Why you say you cannot see all the examples? Or you meant something else? We're always do our best to provide as best quality as possible. We've sold A LOT (a few hundred) of these mockups and never get similar feedback. Please let me know (can be also via private message) what is the best way to make you feel satisfied (even if it's a refund). Thank you!

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
