This product looks nothing like it's supposed to. When I tried to message shop owner it keeps saying "unauthorized". I'm not sure how to get help with this? I will be refusing on my amex.
Hello. Most likely this happens because SVG/EPS are being opened in Photoshop. Photoshop rasterizes vector files on import, and if the import size is small (or the artwork is scaled up), the outlines can look thicker and chunky. The PNG files in the pack will look correct at 100% scale (any PNG will look rougher if enlarged a lot). For best results, please open SVG/EPS in Adobe Illustrator (or Affinity/Inkscape). If you need to use Photoshop, import/rasterize the EPS/SVG at a larger size (e.g., 4000–6000px) so the lines stay thin and clean.
