I purchased '15 MH Illustrations' - when I opened the zip file it was one of those "for your download click here" things. The link was to shared google files. Upon clicking the files I discovered that every last one was a piece in the 'Luxury Art Deco Flower Wallpapers' collection. Which is 1) not even close to what I purchased 2) nowhere near what you may envision. Think early 2000s desktop wallpaper or maybe something for your myspace page. Black background and not Art Deco in anyway shape or form. The only instance of objectively terrible "art". I sent a message re: this issue - no response: Honestly I run a small business - I've got better things to do. I can't imagine any professional artist would unknowingly run into any of these issues anyways. Figuring I've been ripped off, set about trying to find another set that would do for my purposes when I found '16 Mental Health Illustrations' which included all the pics this person is selling plus 1 more in the same style.

"I sent a message re: this issue - no response:" - We didn't recieve any messages here on Creativemarket from you. 1. Click on the white space on the download button. Then you will be redirected to your image pack. Nobody is trying to scam you. 2. There is a clear AI generated label. AI soometimes has imperfections. 3. The tool used to generate these images is called midjourney. Different versions get released every few months. Oviously this image pack was made with Midjourney V4. If I made them again with V7 the wuality and details would be dramatically better. If you still have any issues, I'm here to help. Next time please have patience and actually write to the shop you bought from. Every shop here on Creativemarket is attentive and will always help you. Update February 12, 2026: This person has not reached out of messaged me. I decided to reach out and help and didn't even get a response from her. I've messaged her 3 days in a row with zero response.
