Display font GRL PWR
About
Display Font GRL PWR is a cool, bright, colourful little display font, hand-drawn to make the letters look like they are 3D or extruded. This font is also an OpenType-SVG colour vector font.
If you like this font, you'll love my latest called Choose Love—https://crmrkt.com/dGepwK
The new OpenType-SVG font format allows for colours, so the pink shades with the black outline is built into the font—the colours you see are the colours you get.
Its bold chunky outlines are somewhat playful, giving it a charming and easygoing character. The detail in each letter makes it look especially great at large point sizes.
GRL PWR is perfect for birthday cards, headlines, posters, and social posts and would also be amazeballs for packaging concepts.
GRL PWR also comes in two styles, 3d and solid. The solid version is not extruded, so the two styles play well together.
If this font were a celebrity, it would be more like Geri Halliwell than Jerry Springer—I wanna zig-a-zig-ah! (that's a spice girl reference—ask your parents, girl power!)

What are color fonts?
They are the next big thing in typography, they bring rich colour to type, embedding them inside the typeface—no more black and white.

About Simon Stratford
Hello, that's me or itsmesimon, aka Simon Stratford. I design everything from custom typefaces for advertising agencies to ready to buy fonts for designers (like you) to the occasional digital oil painting for TV and print.
I've spent over 20 years in the design industry, from teaching photoshop, web design, movie promotion, and branding agencies to digital marketing—I think I've done most jobs. I got tired of the rat race and the daily commute in London. So I stopped doing things I didn't what to do—and started doing things I did want to do—more creative things.

The term gained widespread popularity in the 1990s, notably with the Spice Girls music group, but it has since become a cultural expression advocating for gender equality, self-confidence, and solidarity among women.
