Illustration: Things Around My House

This illustration set was spurred by House Plants and Lava Lamps (the last thing I threw into the Creative Market vortex). I realized there were two very different styles going on...no bueno. Thus, I made this: a bunch of things from around my house, painted with gouache, and cropped to par for your immediate usage!

Honorable mentions: Marley, my housemate's cat (a spastic little bugger), the blanket fort I live in (well, its kind of falling apart right now...I am realizing this is actually a terrible idea), and all the cool clothes my roommates wear. These did not make the cut, but I did consider them.

For the first time ever, I have vectorized my art — in THIS VERY PROJECT. Yeah! Enjoy not only 14 transparent PNGs, but also 14 EPS files, an illustrator file with all of the vector art, 3 seamless patterns, and 4 transparent PNG groupings (of course, if you have access to Adobe Illustrator, you can make as many arrangements as your little heart desires). I will now write the same thing below in bullet form:

Here's what you get:

• 14 transparent PNGs: a waterbottle, not one but SIX pretty-darn-detailed plants, a lovely lump of bananas, an oven mitt, my mint electric bass guitar (along with its amp and cord), plus my housemate's teapot and the glasses I wear on my very own face.

• 4 transparent PNGs of grouped illustrations

• 14 EPS files, an illustrator file with all of the vector art

• 3 seamless patterns

Disclaimer: you will need the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in order to access the Photoshop and Illustrator files! Good news, if you're simply looking for illustrations to plug into your design, those PNGs do not need Adobe in any form.
