Eger 1.0 - Display Type
About
We're ending the year with a banger!
Introducing Eger 1.0 - A Narrow Display Type.
This year our focus was mainly giving life to old types we've worked on, it is now Armatura's time or as we call it now "Eger" or "Egër". The word means Wild in our native language.
Fits the type quite nice we say, a loud narrow piece ready for wild titles and crazy designs.
Armatura was a type piece we loved, originally inspired by Brutalist Architecture. It featured some very interesting glyphs, mainly super narrow and with extra deep inktraps. The type was released 2 years ago and drafted due to some technical errors, it has finally seen light after a long time.
Because this type is being released in the festive season, we've decided to make it free for personal use. Have fun testing it out and have a great holiday season with your friends and family.
This type features only 1 weight and 2 styles (Regular & Italic).
