Hi Indiana, This email is developed to be customized on WYSIWYG editor. Sometimes when you run into this issue, it's because the template is being uploaded into the wrong section of MailChimp. Try this: In MailChimp, go to "Brand" > "Templates" Click the "Create New Template" button in top right corner "Import zip" to upload your template. Once you've uploaded your template, then you go into "Create" > "Emails" and you make a campaign based off of the new template. From there you won't be editing code, but using the MailChimp editor to change styling, images, text and links.
