- Are all the colors in the preview images represented in the files?
- No, the colored elements in the preview images are simply to illustrate an end product example. All files are delivered in black so that the designer can use editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator to recolor the images as they see fit.
- How can I identify each state, country or continent by name?
- The names of each map element can be found by opening the Artboards panel in Illustrator and clicking on the art board of the item you wish to identify (all artboards are in alphabetical order). All PNGs and SVGs can be identified by the filename.
- How do I contact support?

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
