How to use this mockup?

Open purchased PSD file and look for "Edit Screen Content" layer group
Double click on "[Double Click] to Edit" layer (you must click the thumbnail, not layer name)
Alternatively use menu ~ Layer ~ Smart Objects ~ Edit Contents
Insert you design inside "Place your screen here" layer group
[Optional] Turn on "Moire Effect" layer visibility to enhance real photo look
Save your changes and return to your PSD file

How can I unzip product files?
