About the Product
BEIFONG is a new display typeface made of all 26 characters, numbers and some symbols. BEIFONG is inspired by the AVATAR: The Last Airbender character, named "Toph Beifong". The font's main inspiration is the element that is bent by Toph: EARTH. Each letter is designed to look like a rock, with hard edges and to add a unique element to the font, i decided to deign the letters as a lowercase font. In the Avatar world, the earth is the most stable element, i had to give a "wide" vibe to the letters. The last element in this font is the fact that some letters are cut, not complete. This comes from the fact that TOPH in the anime is blind, and i figured that a blind person would draw letters without closing perfect lines but instead doing some "errors". The Beifong family is actually a very wealthy and elegant family but not TOPH, that despise that way of living and she is, instead, the opposite of it.
