I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the product. The advertised “smart object revolution” is misleading and does not function as described. When I insert my design, the smart object fails to adjust or recalculate the curvature of the bottle — a key feature for which I purchased the file. This issue seriously undermines the usability and value of the product. It appears to be either unfinished or poorly implemented. I consider this unacceptable and would appreciate an immediate review. Please let me know how you intend to address this problem. If necessary, I will escalate the issue and formally request a refund.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
