If you got the message in Photoshop saying 3D feature won't work. Do this: "We recommend using the Tech Preview option for overriding Photoshop’s native canvas mode to continue to use the 3D features. Go to Preferences > Technology Previews, and check the item Deactivate Native Canvas, then restart Photoshop." From Adobe.
Well, you just needed to contact us. You need to go to the Edit - Preferences and find the check "Deactivate Native Canvas". Just check it and restart your Photoshop. After this the mockup will work fine. Also I suggest you to read the full description before you buy as we have a free test file + description for the versions of Photoshop.
The warning about not being able to be used in updated Photoshop was not on here when I bought this just a few weeks ago. I do not have room on my HD for 2 versions of PS and this is no longer working. It really should be updated. It was not inexpensive.
@Linda Pilsky, You can still use the files. I guess you got the message in Photoshop saying 3D feature won't work. Our team has contacted Adobe and they confirmed Photoshop 3D fuction will continue working.
