Misleading to say the shapes can be used for posters/print as they are definitely not high res enough. Wish I had known this before I purchased.
Hi Kim, I'm sorry you did not have a good experience using our asset! It is a shame you left a negative review before contacting us, as I'm sure we could have helped you use it. Its also a shame you haven't replied to my multiple messages looking to help you resolve the issue, as I could have explained how to better use the asset without loss of quality. The asset is 4000x4000px (as mentioned in the description) and has been tested in print up to A2 with great results - it is important to read the accompanying instructions which should explain everything to prevent any loss of quality. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
