Would never purchase this item if you are looking for a cease and desist letter that would work for person to person harassment. No matter what the purchase is (personal or commercial ) you will be dissatisfied if that is what you are looking for. (bought commercial and then personal thinking I was wrong and I wasn't,) VERY unhappy with this purchase.
