I know that Molly Suber Thorpe is a real pro. You can check her YouTube channel and visit her website to enjoy great calligraphy (lessons). That’s why I came for her Procreate brushes. Molly if it’s not a secret what is your brush settings after Procreate 5.2 update? What’s your StreamLine amount and new stroke Stabilization amount? What settings would you recommend to learn + practise digital calligraphy? Thanks!
Thank you, Oleg! I never keep my brush settings a secret, especially for the ones I sell. I want everyone to be able to make the most of them! With that said, I carefully program every single setting – including the streamlining – before I put them up for sale. Even with the Procreate 5.2 update that adds stabilization, I still stand by the existing settings I have on all my brushes. In other words, you should never *need* to change any settings to use my brushes successfully for calligraphy. I consider stabilization to be a great new feature, but one that is entirely optional and depends entirely on the user. For example, I never use a screen protector because I personally love the gliding I can achieve across the slick glass screen. (I use it to my advantage, rather than fight against it, that is.) For that reason, I’m not really loving stabilization. However many users feel the opposite, and crave something that will keep their pen more stable. For those people, I do recommend going in and playing with the stabilization setting. Do not play with the streamline setting, though, until you have tried the brushes for awhile. That is a setting I have carefully set up on a brush-by-brush basis, and I recommend only changing it if you write calligraphy especially fast, or want to do a very different style from mine. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
