The PSD template is very buggy and 9 times out of 10 gives a pixelated image that is unusable. Very dissatisfied

The 4k looks great and it is extremely easy to use. The written instructions and YouTube video were a big help. We were very excited to update our Etsy shop with these new mockups. Unfortunately, after about 2 hours of messing with these after purchase, we realized they just didn't work. All the graphics and text we added into the file looked horrible. My brother laughed at one of our graphics we were trying to edit and said "It looks like a cursed image you see in memes." It didn't matter what we did to try and fix it. The other pack for woman's shirts we purchased from the same seller worked just fine. Waiting to hear back from the seller. Edit 11/28/20: From 2 stars to 4. After the seller contacted me with info to fix the issue, we have found we can correct the glitchy image issue after some work. The seller was able to resolve the issue with written and video instructions. We appreciate the assistance with the fix.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
