I have always happy with the products I get here but this is the worst purchase ever. I have been trying for hours now, with many starting over from scratch to make my placed logo file to work with this displacement map. Even if it looks ok when you tinker with it, on saving it to jpeg for output it shows up with double and triple lines. I use mockup all day for my clients and this has to be the worst experience.
Hi there, I sincerely apologize this was your experience with our product and for all the frustration it caused you. I wish you would have reached out to our support team so we could help you with the issue as it's a quick fix. Sometimes we see an error like this when a photoshop file is opened up on a new computer and gets confused about where the displacement map is located. You can fix this by finding the layer titled ‘Place Your Artwork Here’ in the psd. Make sure that layer is expanded (toggle the arrow on the right side of the layer in your layers panel) and check out your smart filters. Double click on ‘Displacement Map’ and help it find the psd included in your download named ‘displacement.psd’. Make sure to hit save so that Photoshop remembers where your displacement map is for next time. Make sure not to make any other adjustments to the smart layer including size as that could affect the way it looks as well. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
