The elements have white color that helps easy recolour it of you needed. AI and EPS files have editable outline, so you can change easly stroke size.

You cah open EPS CS6 in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or with newer versions, PNG raster images can be opened with any photo editing software (like Photoshop).
