The files were in good order and most of them were easily editable. I had issues with one file, which the designer quickly fixed for me, but then the fixed version had another issue (that wasn't a problem until after the "fix"). I was told that I was using the wrong software (Affinity Photo), that nobody else out of thousands of sales / downloads had had an issue, and that was the end of support. Also, and this isn't really a ding because you can stretch your cover to fit the template, but the template is not for a 6x9 book. Again, not a huge deal--just mentioning it so you're aware. Anyway, I vacillated between 3 and 4 stars. 4 stars because maybe for Photoshop users it works perfectly, and I don't want to damage the artist's review score, but then I realized it's unfair of me to grant an extra star for something that I'm assuming is true (that everything works fine in Photoshop). TL;DR: If you run Photoshop, I'd buy this. If you run Affinity, you might want to pass on it.
I'm really sorry, but the files are exclusively created in Photoshop and must be edited in Photoshop, otherwise it will not work. Using some other software will not help. In the product specification, it is emphasized which software is required for editing. All the best. PuneDesign

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
