Instructions on retrieving files:
For Illustrator, the .AI file is seen in your swatch panel and you are able to apply it using your rectangle tool or shape tool, and your brush tool (it will populate the space with the texture). For an .ASE file in Illustrator: In an open or existing document click the drop down arrow on your Swatches Palette. Select “Open Swatch LibraryOther Library. Select the ASE file you would like to import and click open. For an .ASE file in Photoshop: Find the ASE file for the grade of paper you want to use. Download the file to a location where you can find it later. Click the flyout menu and choose “Load Swatches. For importing a .ASE file to Procreate: Upon tapping you will navigate to the Files app where you will be able to see any files you have saved. Tap an . ASE or . ACO file and Procreate will import the palette from that file.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
