Hello, I accidentally purchased the $70 commercial license instead of the $17 personal license. I only intended to buy the $17 version. I have not downloaded the product yet. As I am a student, this unexpected charge is quite difficult for me. I sincerely apologize for the mistake. Could you please help me refund the $70 purchase? - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
