Introducing Dark Desert - a linocut inspired collection of illustrations, patterns and compositions with a southwestern spirit!

Drawing inspiration from the distinctive ecosystem of a wild desert landscape, this graphic collection pays homage to the unparalleled beauty of the great outdoors and the majestic flora and fauna that thrive in arid environments.

You will find desert dwelling animals like the coyote, snake, scorpion, eagle, owl, bobcat, horse, donkey, jackrabbit, armadillo, roadrunner, tortoise, iguana, lizard and moths as well as a plethora of plant life including cacti, succulents, joshua and palm trees, shrubs, wild cactus florals, tumbleweed as well as some decorative rock formations, clouds, celestial elements and more.

Combine each hand drawn illustration effortlessly to create endless designs perfect for themed events and invitations, wall art, logos, gifts, fabric and so much more. You will also receive six seamless pattern designs, two square frame designs and one circular arrangement that can be used separately or combined for a majestic and modern western-inspired collection.

Both editable vector files as well as transparent PNG's are included for maximum ease and compatibility with a range of applications.

2026 UPDATE - SVG files have been added for compatibility with Canva and other design software.

You will receive:

• An Illustrator vector file with 80 elements in two different versions. Version 1 includes each element in black with no outline. Version 2 includes a white outline around every illustration which makes it easy to layer the elements for that linocut look. Also included are white outlined versions with no fills as well as a bonus colorway in Pantone's 2025 Color of the Year "Mocha Mousse" to add an on-trend look to your designs.

• An AI/EPS vector file with 2 circular frame designs, to pair perfectly with text!

• An AI/EPS vector file circular arrangement composition perfect for wall art and merchandise

• 6 x Seamless vector repeat patterns, which can be edited to your liking. I have also included versions with transparent backgrounds, making it easy to apply the patterns to different backgrounds

• PSD files containing all elements at a high resolution

• All the elements, frames, arrangement and patterns saved as PNG files.
