About

Create a vintage rubber stamp / distressed ink stamp effect on textured paper. Convert the graphic into a single-color blue ink print with an imperfect, handmade stamping appearance. The main circular emblem should look like it was physically pressed onto rough, slightly wrinkled paper using an old rubber stamp.

Apply a halftone and stippled ink texture throughout the blue areas, with uneven ink density, faded patches, tiny gaps, scratches, speckles, and areas where the ink has failed to transfer completely.
