- Can I use this product with other software than mentioned in the description?
- This product is compatible with Adobe InDesign only, therefore other software will not work properly. The main reason these templates are only compatible with Adobe InDesign is because this is a printable product. A printing company may ask for features such as bleeds and spreads, which are only available in Adobe InDesign. Via the link below you can download a 30 day free Adobe InDesign trial. If you do not own the right software you'll still be able to work with this template for 30 days without buying the software: creative.adobe.com/products/download/indesign The download comes with a help guide which covers the basic steps how to use this product.
- What software version do I need to use this product?
- Every template contains IDML files which are meant for all current and previous versions of Adobe InDesign.
- Do I need advanced design skills to use this product?
- I do recommend some basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign when using this template. However, it’s not that hard to replace the images and text of a template. There is also a help guide included in the download, which covers the basic steps how to use this product.
- Can you customize a product I’ve purchased?
- Currently I do not customize any templates, because I'm fully focussed on creating new premium design assets for the design community.
- What license should I purchase?
- Items purchased under the Standard License may be used to create End Products for Sale where lifetime sales of the End Product for Sale do not exceed 500 units. Items purchased under the Extended License may be used to create End Products for Sale that may be sold an unlimited number of times. It’s not allowed to sell this product as a template, only as fully edited end products. Visit creativemarket.com/licenses for more information.
- How do I contact support?

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
