WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE?

1. After purchase, your shiny new website template will be delivered into your Squarespace account as a new website within 72 hours. You will need to provide your Squarespace email address (or an email address where you want your Squarespace account to be delivered). If you don't have a Squarespace account, you will be prompted to create one at that time. Accept the invite to your new template.

2. Once it's in your account, you can edit the template to your liking. Easily change the fonts, images, branding colors, and copy. You can move around sections, delete sections, or favorite them for later. Add your blog posts or recipes easily with pre-built sections.

3. Upon purchase, you will also receive a digital download which will allow you to gain access to my Squarespace tech hub. This will give you quick tutorials to show you how to edit features in Squarespace and how to make your template work for your business. I’ll be adding new content regularly.

4. If you're wanting to display recipes on your site, I gotchu! I have repurposed the blog section of Squarespace to create a recipe portal. You can categorize and tag recipes and even add a search feature. In addition, I recommend subscribing to recipegenerator.com for a low monthly fee which will give you a quick code to put into your recipe section to display your recipes nicely. This will help your recipes rank higher on Google. FYI, to add code, you'd need the business plan in Squarespace.

5. What if you already have a Squarespace website? After purchase, the new template will be transferred to your account as a NEW website (which will require a NEW website subscription). The template will not overwrite your existing Squarespace website but it will be added into your dashboard as a new site.

6. How does your website go live? Your website will automatically have a free 6-month trial attached to it so you have plenty of time to edit your site to your liking. Once you have edited your template &; are ready to go live, you will subscribe to an active Squarespace subscription to publish your website. You will need to purchase a domain to make this happen. You can host your domain right in Squarespace or use a domain you already have.
