Roon, for Kirby 3.× CMS

**Roon is a very simple studio/agency/portfolio theme for the kirby CMS.***

❗️ Working on Kirby 3.×! - Not compatible with Kirby 1 or 2 ❗️

What is Kirby? It’s a file-based CMS (no database!) that’s easy to setup, easy to use and extremely flexible. Kirby’s free to use locally but to go live you must purchase a license (currently about €99). To learn more, visit http://getkirby.com/.

1. 🚰 Unzip the archive on your server (with the .htaccess file).
2. 🔑 connect to your panel (yoursite.domain/panel).
3. 🛒 Purchased a license on http://getkirby.com/buy.
4. 📝 You can start writing!

❗️ REQUIREMENTS

💾 Web server, Any of the following:

• Apache 2
• Nginx
• LiteSpeed
• Caddy

🐘 PHP

• PHP 7.1+
• mbstring extension
• curl extension
• ctype extension
• gdlib extension

⚠️ Warning: When copying files to a remote server via (S)FTP, make sure to copy the .htaccess file as well. By default, files starting with a dot are invisible in the filesystem, so make sure enable the display of invisible files before copying.

❗️ UPDATES

To update Kirby, download the latest version and replace the kirby folder 📁.

That's it! Because Kirby does not use a database by default, you don't have to run any database migrations.

⚠️ Warning: Never update a live website directly on the server. Test updates locally first to see if something breaks.
