The product worked as intended the first few times of use, but then the action seemed to break, only producing a reverse, knockout image vs what was intended. That could be improved. Additionally, at face value, the effect does not support editing / customization. However, if you're familiar with PS actions, you're able to back up some of the steps and access the editable filters, where you can adjust the placement and intensity of the blurs, thus achieving the editable nature that's advertised. So overall, the product is not user-friendly or well designed for ease of editing, but not a total dud if you are able to experiment with it a bit. I ended up saving my own editable version based on the original Studio 2am product, so there was still value in the end.
