Attractive template. However, it's not fully ATS-readable although it's advertised as such. I know this because I ran my resume, based on the template, through Jobscan. There are some shortcuts in the formatting that I had to fix. These shortcuts make some words not readable by ATS. For example, instead of expanding spacing between letters automatically in the Word doc, the headers have spaces manually inserted between the letters, making the words unrecognizable by automated systems (it also makes it a pain to substitute words). I also had to change the skills section to a four-column format, adding automated space after paragraphs, because editing text in that section led to layout craziness. I do appreciate the comprehensive package and documentation that were provided.

Regarding the name title formatting, we added spacing between letters to give it a modern and clean look. This also allows users with longer names to easily remove the spacing and keep their name on a single line. If we had set text spacing by default, longer names might automatically break into two lines, which isn’t ideal. Please feel free to remove the spaces between the letters if it better suits your name layout. We’ve also included a quick guide on how to adjust text spacing if needed. How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
