1) Double click the smart object "1" 2) This takes you to a deeper file. 3) Double click "insert your logo here" 4) Change colour profile to RGB (so that you can add a layer). 5) Put in your logo (with transparent background). 6) Delete the layer with the original png. That's just a placeholder. 7) And flatten 8) Change colour profile back to index, SAVE and close. 9) This takes you back to the 2nd level. Save and close that too. 10) This takes you back to the original Mockup.

It's not a versatile mockup. If your logo isn't round, it won't work without extensively modifying the parameters.
