WIND Motion Blur is a cool Photoshop effect that gives your images soft, blurry, retro look with different color presets applied. It first blurs your images giving them a dynamic look and the sense of motion, makes the edges softer and then adds texture and grainy look, slightly dusty and with scratches. The file is very easy to use. The effect works with portrait, landscape, architecture photography or any other kind of images.
It can be used to achieve both trendy and modern or old, vintage, newspaper look / printed magazine, emulating a cool motion glitch effect.
You will get 1 PSD file (CS6 and higher) with adjustment layers that create the noisy and color effect.
