There is a Photoshop action, that will make your photos looks like watercolor painted. The action has been tested on Photoshop (English versions) CC 2015.

Important! Make sure your photo contains Background layer, or please flatten image before use actions. Minimal version of Photoshop is CS6. For better results we recommend to use 16:9 photos. Please set Brush Opacity 100% and Brush Flow 100% before run the action.

How can I unzip product files?
