  • Colorboost NC intensifies neutral colors while protecting vibrant colors from going out-of-gamut. This lets you boost colors further than Vibrance with better results.
  • Colorboost VC intensifies vibrant colors and protects neutral colors. The contrast between neutral and vibrant colors creates a colorpop effect.

  • Portrait mode protects skin tones and is great for any type of portrait photography.

  • Landscape mode darkens blue skies and creates vivid foilage.

Where do I copy the files to in Lightroom Classic CC?

Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Settings

Windows:
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings

How do I install the profiles in Lightroom CC?

1. In Lightroom CC, press E to open the Edit panel.
2. In the Profiles section, click the Browse button.
3. Click on the panel menu and select Import Profiles.
4. Navigate to the folder where you‘ve extracted the files.
Select the VOXCOLOR Colorboost Pro.zip then click
OK.
5. Expand the VOXCOLOR Colorboost folder and select a
preset.

Note: If you don't see the "Browse" button, you might be using Lightroom CLASSIC CC.

I don’t have the profile browser. Where do I find it?

Lightroom profiles are only compatible with Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom CC. If you are using those, please
make sure that you have updated to the latest version of Lightroom. Profiles were introduced in April 2018 and any
version older than that date will not have the profile browser.

Why do some areas look pixelated/grainy?

To improve performance, Lightroom displays a lower-quality version of your image. Zoom in and then back out to
trick Lightroom into loading a higher-quality image.
If the problem persists, it means that the colors are pushed beyond your file’s limits. This often happens with JPEG
and compressed raw files. Please use a lower opacity setting.

How far can I push the opacity?

We don’t recommend pushing the opacity past 100% as it can introduce artifacts. However, we enabled the option
to push the profiles to 200% which is useful for seeing how the profile is affecting your photo.

Which skin tones can the portrait profiles protect?

The portrait profiles work with most skin colors from dark to light. However, they may not work if the skin is pale or
contaminated by ambient light. Skin tone detection is done by means of color and not by face detection or AI.
