I am disappointed to find that the majority of this artwork is AI generated (which the seller admitted to) however it was not advertised or tagged as such. Having purchased an extended commercial license it was only apparent on downloading the files and viewing the textures and glitches closely it only then became apparent that most of them are clearly AI generated. Edit: The seller falsely claimed in response to this review that they had issued a refund to me and that they would appreciate me changing my review. I then found out that Creative Market sellers cannot issue reviews to customers, which I then questioned the seller about. I was then told after several insulting responses from the seller that I would need to open a ticket with Creative Market to request a refund. It appears that this seller indeed falsely promised a refund to me as they were called out in my review for selling AI generated artwork which should be tagged as such on this platform.
Hello Diane, My products are created using various professional design programs, and it is not possible to experience any resolution issues. I can easily confirm this through both my quality control process and the many positive reviews from satisfied customers. Also, nowhere in my product description do I state that the text is editable. Leaving such a review is very misleading and disappointing. You never contacted me directly, and posting a negative comment without trying to communicate first is not a kind or constructive approach. Customer satisfaction is always my top priority, and I’ve always issued refunds to customers who were not happy — I also offered the same to you, but I didn’t even receive a reply. That silence alone helps me better understand your intention. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered similar bad-faith or competitor-driven reviews in the past. I want all my customers to see this message in the name of transparency, because I proudly stand behind the quality of my work.
