This product is not working
Hi Adele, as I’ve said in our messages, you’ve not clarified what isn’t working for you. The product is a set of PNG images, so I’m not sure what about that isn’t working. It’s been downloaded hundreds of times without issue, so I need more information to be able to help.

- Why do the objects import so small into my photoshop files?
- All of the PNG files are formatted at 300DPI and photographed at very high resolution. However, when draging them into a photoshop document, if that document is not 300DPI, I have found there can be some import issues. For instance if your document is 72DPI, the files may import very small. I have found to get around this, open the PNG in it's own document first, then copy/move into the final document. This should bring it in at it's true resolution.
- Can you help me download this product? It's not working.
- I recommend trying a different web browser or different time of day if you have trouble downloading. Most of my downloads are very large and can take quite awhile to download. If that doesn't work, please contact Creative Market support, as I have no control over their server issues.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
