With Father’s Day fast approaching, we thought this was an excellent opportunity for another design challenge! And what better way to celebrate the dad in your life than with a really great tie, made by you. We’ve partnered with the awesome folks at Knotty Tie Company to help you do just that with our latest challenge.
If you’re not familiar with Knotty Tie, they are a new startup that lets you create your own amazing tie designs and then they handcraft your masterpiece for you. They recently had a very successful Kickstarter project and we’re definitely excited to see them bring a little fun and creativity to the world of ties.
Challenge
and design a Father’s Day tie that features at least one asset from Creative Market. It can be a anything — a pattern, an illustration, or a font, and it can even be something you sell in your own shop.
Using our template, simply place your design in the “TIE” folder where says “YOUR DESIGN HERE” and it will automatically be added to the tie.
How to Enter
Comment on this post with a link to your design and a link to the Creative Market good(s) you used to help create it. You can submit as many tie designs as you like and entries will be accepted until midnight EST on Sunday, June 16th.
**The template is large, please save and submit your entries at 1000px wide.**
Winners & Prizes
After all the designs are in, our staff will select our top five favorite tie designs. Each of the talented winners will receive $25 in marketplace credit and their design printed on a tie courtesy of the folks at Knotty Tie.
