Makeup Artist Creates Extraordinary Lip Art

Artists come in all shapes and sizes, as do their canvases. So when we found out that Andrea Reed, who runs Girl Grey Beauty from Victoria, Canada, was turning their lips into stunning works of art that almost looked three-dimensional, we were impressed. From crashing waves to honey bees and everything in between, the work she does on her lips is nothing short of spectacular.
Not only does she have an amazing Instagram page, but she also has a YouTube page with a video showing how she does one of her cool designs. Don’t believe us? Well here’s the video for proof:

Stung ???? Wanted to re upload this with my updated watermark. Also the original has been taken so many times and cropped, edited, filtered etc, This is one of my most loved pieces and I am still very proud of it. Sometimes I look at it myself and wonder how I pulled it off! ???? This was a recreation I did using facepaint of the Irving Penn photo ‘Bee (A)’ and of course the later version done by Sean + Seng on @lanadelrey. My apologies for anyone with apiphobia ????
