Heads up: Mark is here to help answer your licensing questions, but he’s not a lawyer. Our new chatbot provides general guidance based on our license documentation and isn’t a substitute for professional legal advice. By using the chatbot, you agree to our full AI chatbot disclaimer.
A creative license is the set of permissions and usage rights that determines how you can use a font, template, photo, brush, or other creative asset, and figuring that out mid-project can get complicated fast. You’re mid-scroll, you find the perfect asset, and suddenly you’re hit with a question: “Wait… can I use this in a client project?” or “What if I want to use this font on a product I’m selling?”
We’ve been there. So we built something to help. Mark helps you discover the right licensing answer faster.
Introducing Mark, our new AI-powered licensing chatbot, designed to answer your licensing questions right when you need them most, so you can search for answers in the moment and get quick access to relevant licensing guidance. Whether you’re browsing on the homepage, checking a product detail page, exploring our licensing pages, or pulling things up on your phone, Mark is there to guide you through the fine print without slowing you down.

Why We Built This
Designers want to move fast. Clients want answers now. But when it comes to understanding licenses, the answers can be buried in long docs or fine print that nobody has time to parse mid-project.
So we asked ourselves: What would it look like to make licensing feel more intuitive, more approachable, and more… helpful? That question led us here.
Mark is more than just a chatbot. He’s a step toward a more frictionless creative process: a way to help freelancers, in-house designers, and brands compare font and asset licenses, handle common use-case questions, stay compliant, and choose the right license with confidence instead of waiting on support.
What Mark Can Do
When you interact with Mark, he’ll first ask whether your question is about fonts or other assets. Font licenses can have very different use cases (and rules) than assets like templates, photos, or brushes.
From there, he’ll guide you to the answer you’re looking for, drawing from our licensing documentation, FAQs, and support insights, so you can move forward with clarity. Whether you’re a freelancer trying to stay compliant, an in-house designer sourcing assets for your team, or a brand exploring enterprise use cases, we’ve got you.
You can always tap to open, close, or re-engage.
Try It Out
We built Mark to solve a few big challenges we’ve heard again and again:
- “I’m not sure which license I need.”
- “I want to feel confident using this asset in a commercial setting.”
- “I wish I didn’t have to email support every time I had a licensing question.”
Next time you’re browsing a font and wondering about web vs. app licensing, or hovering over a brush pack thinking “Can I use this in client work?” just ask Mark.
